He received an MBA from Pepperdine University in Malibu California where he was inducted into the prestigious Beta Gamma Sigma honor society. Since then, he has managed a manufacturing company, a real estate company and has started and operated several successful businesses. Eventually he was drawn into the real estate investing arena.
During his career as a real estate investor, he became aware of the billions of dollars that go unclaimed each year. He made it his mission to reunite as many people as he possibly can with funds that are rightfully theirs, but they may not be aware of.
Over the past 10 years, Mr. Kogak has represented hundreds of property owners and has successfully recovered millions of dollars for his clients. Combining his passion for real estate with his desire to help others, he finds recovering money for his clients very rewarding.
